At the Transform with Nadia community, you have the option to include virtual one-on-one personalized training sessions. You will meet with Nadia once a week or once a month, depending on your program) for one or more of the following:

Together, you and Nadia will determine the types of movement and tools that work best for your body and from there, create a personalized workout program tailored to your needs.
