Complete 10 Rounds of 10 Jumping or Step Jacks. Yes! That’s a total of 100 😜😎 If that seems like a bit too much, cut your repetitions down to 5. Either way, I have complete faith in you!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Think 10 rounds of 10 seems like a piece of cake? Complete all 100 repetitions in one go! Then repeat this workout a few more times throughout the day.
