It’s Day 10 of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is the: LUNGE. What I like about the lunge is that it works all of the muscles in your leg. If done correctly, it’s a great way to gain strength in your lower body, increase flexibility in your ankles and hips, and improve your balance! 🙌🤯 Check out the training video to find out how to do it. Then, complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50 total lunges. That’s 25 repetitions on each side. If you need support, place your hand on a wall or the side of a couch for stability.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
For a bigger burn, double up your repetitions! In case you needed help with the math, that’s 100 total reps! You’re welcome ✌️😎
