Wow! It’s Day 100 of the one exercise a day challenge! We’re going out with a bang, rocking an exercise that is near and dear to my heart: BLOCKS & SPIKES. Although this move is volleyball inspired, any athlete (inner or otherwise) will appreciate it for it’s plyometric/cardio quality. And isn’t it just FUN to run and jump???
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 10 blocks and 10 spikes per round. Complete 3 to 5 rounds, with short breaks in between.
MODIFY THIS MOVE
Reduce the intensity of your blocks and spikes by taking out the hops. If possible, make sure to rise up onto your toes you feel your calves working 😉
