HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50-100 high knees without stopping. Take a short break, then repeat for at least two more rounds! If hopping doesn’t feel right for you today, swap it out for a high knee MARCH instead 👊😁
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Up your total rounds for a better burn AND reduce your rest periods. Complete 100 repetitions on round one, rest for 15 seconds, then complete your next 100 right away. Aim for 5 rounds for a total of 500 reps 🔥🔥🔥
