It’s Day FOURTEEN of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is: ARM CIRCLES. Most people enjoy this exercise because it’s easy to complete. I like it because it’s a great warmup for your shoulders, and when held long enough, it’s an effective way to work all of the muscles in your arms. Find out how to do it in today’s training video! HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 1-2 minutes and complete as many arm circles as you can in that time. Once your time is up, rest for 30-60 seconds, then complete 2-3 more rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
The key to making this move more challenging isn’t to increase the burn, but to add an element of balance. Lift one foot off the floor to balance on one leg as you complete these arm circles. Aim to stay nice and tall. Once you’ve finished your first round, switch sides and do it again on the other!
