HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3-5 rounds of 100 punches. The number may seem BIG at first glance, but I think that you’ll find this move goes by super quickly! Feel free to slow down your punches if going fast puts pressure on your shoulders, neck, or lower back.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
To achieve bigger burn, complete all of your punches in one go! That means 300-500 punches without stopping 🔥🔥🔥
