Not to mention that it’s a great move for enhancing your balance! Watch today’s training video then complete the workout as listed below!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50 total curtsies. That’s 25 reps on each leg. If you need support, you’re welcome to hold onto a stable surface, such as the side of your couch, a wall, or a firm table.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
As I mentioned in the video, the higher the reps, the bigger the burn. Aim for 100 total reps. The true challenge is completing all of the reps for one leg before switching to the other 🤯🔥 Ooooh. It burns just thinking about it!
