Welcome back, fam! It’s Day TWENTY ONE of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is the: KNEE DRIVE. I like this move because it’s a full body cardio exercise that feels like a dance move. Watch the training video, then complete the workout as recommended below!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 30 to 60 seconds. Complete as many knee drives as you can in that time! Once you’ve taken a break, do it again 2 to five more times!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
It’s always more challenging to stay on one side for longer. Make this move interesting by completing 1 round on the right, another on the left, then alternate for your 3rd round! Do these consecutively without resting, take a break, then complete this same sequence again!
