Welcome back! It’s Day TWENTY TWO of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s winning exercise is the: LEG DROP. You may be familiar with this move’s more challenging cousin, the leg lift. Consider this a safer version for your lower back with the additional benefit oft stretching your hamstrings and your hip flexors! Watch today’s training video to see how it’s done. Then complete your workout as suggested below!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3-5 rounds of 20 repetitions (10 on each leg). Make sure that when you’re completing you’re reps, you avoid letting your back arch up off the ground. If your neck feels stiff, place your head on the ground.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Instead of waiting for your foot to come all the way back up, scissor switch your foot. That means, as one foot is coming up, the other is lowering down! If 20 repetitions feels too easy, aim for 50 per round.
PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!
