Day 24 Exercise

What up y’all! It’s Day TWENTY FOUR of the one exercise a day challenge. Today we’re crushing the: KNEELING REAR DELT FLY. This exercise is another shoulder opener, great for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of a computer. Being in this hinge will also engage your core muscles. Watch the video to see how it’s done, then complete your exercise as recommended below!

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

Complete 20 repetitions of your rear delt fly for 3 to 5 rounds. The first couple of rounds may feel easy. Just know this is normal, but if you feel sore the next day, it’s because you’re engaging muscles that aren’t usually working!

NOTE: If it doesn’t feel good to kneel during this exercise, do it standing instead.

MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING

This move can become challenging if you turn it into a pulse. Once lift your hands out and to the sides, stay there for 20-50 pulses. Bring your hands together, then repeat from 3-5 times! That should bring on the burn!

PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!

Light,

Nadia
