Hello again, fit fam! It’s Day TWENTY FIVE of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is your inner thigh savior: the SIDE LUNGE. Not only does this move work your inner thighs, it also helps to stretch them. Plus, it engages your upper thighs and your glutes at the same time! Watch the training video to learn how to do this move, then complete your workout as suggested below!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50 total side lunges. That’s 25 on each side!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Double the trouble by completing 100 side lunges today! If possible, complete 50 on one side before switching to the other. That will increase your muscles’ time under tension, which makes you stronger faster.
