Hiiiiii! It’s Day TWENTY SIX of the one exercise a day challenge and today’s exercise is the: SIDE SHUFFLE. This move is gonna help you build coordination. It’s a cardio exercise, so it will get your heartrate up AND work your legs at the same time. Watch the training video to learn how it’s done, then complete your workout as recommended below!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 60 seconds of shuffling, break for about 15 to 30 seconds, then do it again. I recommend a total of 3-5 rounds to get your blood pumping. If you don’t feel comfortable moving fast, take it as slowly as you need to.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
There’s really no way to make the shuffle more challenging, but you can get creative with your “rest” periods, if you want to ramp up the intensity. Instead of taking a break at the end of 60 seconds, perform squats to 15 to 30 seconds before diving into your next round! If you complete 3-5 rounds, it will give you an ongoing burn for up 7.5 minutes.
PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!
