Hellooooo!!! It’s Day TWENTY SEVEN of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is a booty burner. It’s the: GLUTE BRIDGE. This move is one of the most effective exercises for working your glutes. It’s also a great way to counter the sitting you’ve done throughout the day by opening your hips.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 50 to 100 glute bridges. For the best burn possible, complete them without stopping. But of course, you know your body best, so if you need to break in between, that’s totally welcome!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
If you’re up for a challenge, try the single leg version of this move. When you complete your repetitions, make sure to avoid keep your hips as square as possible (one will often rotate due to tight hip flexors).
