Hello fam! It’s Day TWENTY EIGHT of the one exercise a day challenge. Today we’ve got another exercise anywhere move. It’s the: LATERAL WALL PUSH. The cool thing about this wall push is that it works your entire side body without putting a lot of pressure on your shoulder.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3 to 5 rounds of this hold for 30 to 60 seconds each round. Remember, the harder you push, the harder this move, so choose the best level for your needs.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Add an element of balance and work your legs by completing this move in a lunge position. Stay on the same arm for 2 rounds, but switch legs so you get a different feel on round 2. Then complete the move on the other side for two more rounds the same way.
