Day 32 Exercise

Itโ€™s Day 32 of the one exercise a day challenge and I’m excited to bring you another super effective core strengthener and mobility move: WINDSHIELD WIPERS. You’ll love how simple this exercise is to add to your routine. I like it because it helps you build a strong, stable spine while increasing your hip and mid back flexibility. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then, complete your workout!


Complete 50 repetitions of this move for a total of 3 to 5 rounds. The first round may feel a bit easy if you’re seasoned at working out, but trust me… you’ll start to feel it more after that ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Modify This Move

If you need a gentler version of the windshield wiper, keep your feet on the floor in front of your hips while you rotate your knees from side to side. This is a great alternative if your back tends to feel tight.
