It’s Day 32 of the one exercise a day challenge and I’m excited to bring you another super effective core strengthener and mobility move: WINDSHIELD WIPERS. You’ll love how simple this exercise is to add to your routine. I like it because it helps you build a strong, stable spine while increasing your hip and mid back flexibility. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then, complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50 repetitions of this move for a total of 3 to 5 rounds. The first round may feel a bit easy if you’re seasoned at working out, but trust me… you’ll start to feel it more after that 👊😉🏋🏾♂️
Modify This Move
If you need a gentler version of the windshield wiper, keep your feet on the floor in front of your hips while you rotate your knees from side to side. This is a great alternative if your back tends to feel tight.
