HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
It’s interval time! Set a timer for 30-60 seconds and hold this position until your time runs out. Once you’re done, switch sides and do it again. For the best results, complete 3 to 5 rounds on each side!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
The best way to make this move more challenging is to work harder. That means pressing as firmly as you can into the wall while maintaining your upright posture. But if you really want to increase the burn, try holding a lunge position 🤯😈
