It’s Day 34 of the one exercise a day challenge and today’s exercise is a special treat for any of ya’ll who have ever wanted to be a ninja. It’s the: DROP LUNGE & KICK. This is technically two exercises wrapped up into a fun little package that will get your heartrate up and build your thighs to be stronger than ever! Watch the video to learn how to do it, then complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
2-3 rounds of 20 repetitions on EACH side. That adds up to anywhere from 80-120 total lunge kick combos!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Truly achieve ninja status by adding a jump during your kick. NOTE: Make sure you feel totally confident in the standard version of your drop lunge and kick before you try this.
