Hi everyone! It’s Day 36 of the one exercise a day challenge and I know how much you all love to work your abdominals! That’s why today we’re rocking the: V-SIT. At first glance, this move seems pretty simple, since all you have to do is hold still. But don’t be fooled. The v-sit will work your entire front body, from shoulders, to hip flexors, to your feet! Watch the training video to see how it’s done, then complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Hold your V-Sit position for 45-60 seconds. Once your time is up, take a short break (about 15-30 seconds), then do it again 3-5 times. If keeping your feet off the floor feels like too much, feel free to place them on the floor.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can add additional element of balance and engage your thighs by straightening legs!
PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!
