Hey there! It’s Day 37 of the one exercise a day challenge and, as promised, we’re channeling our inner superhero today with the: SUPERSAIYAN CURL! This move is built specifically to work your biceps, but with a little extra focus, can put a little extra muscle in your pecs (aka chest) as well. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 30-60 seconds and hold the curl until the time runs out. When you’re done, break for 15-30 seconds, then repeat at least 3 more times! Do you feel like a superhero yet? 🦸🏽🦹🌟😎👍
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
An easy way to progress this move, of course, is to add a small set of weights (5 pounds max). Just make sure you hold an upright posture.
