It’s Day 4 of the one exercise a day challenge and today’s exercise is: the Wonderwoman aka Superman 🙌 🤩 I love this exercise because it’s a simple way to engage the muscles of your back AND your booty at the same time! This one can be a bit challenging, so make sure to watch the video before you try it out.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 10 repetitions of this exercise from 1-3x through. You can break anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds in between. Make sure to choose the version of the exercise that feels right for your body. 😇👍
If you feel any pinching in your lower back, try placing your forehead on the mat. Lift only your arms of the floor. Make sure to keep your hands and elbows as parallel as possible.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
A great way to make today’s workout more challenging is to switch to a PULSE. Instead of lifting and lowering completely, once you lift up, stay there. Complete 10 pulses at the top, then lower all the way down. For the best burn, complete 5-10 rounds 💪😈
