Day 40 Exercise

Hey all! It’s Day 40 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re rocking that cardio move today with: SKIPS. This one will work your legs and get your heartrate up real quick! Expect to sweat! You’re welcome 😉 Watch today’s training video. Then complete your workout!

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

Set a timer from 45 to 60 seconds. Skip around with as much energy as you can until your time is up, take a break, then complete another 3 to 5 rounds.

MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING

Add a lunge with each step. That means, before you launch into the air, lower your back knee down into the lunge and spring up as high as you can!
