It’s Day 42 of the one exercise a day challenge and today we’re diving into your arms with the: KICKBACK PULSE. The kickback is one of the most effective ways to isolate your triceps. Don’t be fooled by it’s simplicity. Although it will seem easy at first, this move adds up. Watch the training video, then complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
We’re back to the interval style today. Set a timer for 30 to 60 seconds and complete as many pulses as you can in that time. Once you’re done, take a quick break and do it again 3 to 5 more times.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You know I love a good lunge position! Add a little leg work to this exercise by standing up and holding a lunge position while you do your pulses. Believe me… you won’t be worried about your triceps by the end 🤭✌️🤠
