HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 60 to 100 repetitions of this move. Break it up into three to five rounds so that you’re completing about 10 to 20 repetitions at a time.
Modify This Move
If doing this move on your bed doesn’t feel right for your body, try completing it on the floor instead. This will decrease the overall resistance so that there’s less pressure on your lower back.
