Hey there! It’s Day 45 of the one exercise a day challenge. Today’s exercise is the: 180 DEGREE HOP. It’s sort of just like it sounds… you hop and spin 180 degrees. No mystery there. This cardio move is a great way to get your heartrate up, work your legs, and increase your vertical leap. While you watch today’s video, make sure to warm up a bit with step jacks and squats before you complete today’s workout.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 5 rounds of 10 hops. If you need to spin instead of hop (like I demonstrated in the video), feel free. It’s better to modify than suffer through pain. Treat your body right 🥰
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Double up your reps per round if you want to increase the burn. That means you’ll complete 20 hops per round instead of 10.
