It’s Day 48 of the one exercise a day challenge and today I’m doling out a mini-core-blast with the: BEAR CRAWL. FYI – This exercise is known as one of the most effective primal moves to masters for coordination and mobility. Watch the training video to see how it’s done.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 30 to 60 seconds. Once you’ve completed this round, do it again three to five more times. Make sure to keep your knees close to the ground so your butt doesn’t stick up in the air!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Add an element of instability by moving side to side in addition to straight forward and back. Don’t worry too much about moving your opposite arm and leg on this one. Just do what feels natural! 😁👍
