HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Hold this move for 30-60 seconds. When you’re done, take a quick break, then repeat at least 2 more times (and up to 5!).
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
The harder you press, the harder the move! So if you want more of a challenge, simply press down more firmly on your chosen surface. Just make sure that you maintain good posture and keep your shoulders down! 😇👍✌️🤠
