It’s Day 55 of the one exercise a day challenge and today’s exercise is another glute burner. It’s the: SIDE LYING LEG LIFT. What I love about this move is that it’s super easy to do, yet super effective at engaging those glute muscle that are underused due to all the sitting we do on a daily basis. Watch the training video to see how it’s done and then complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 20 leg lifts on each side. If you’re feeling ambitious, go ahead and repeat for at least another 2 rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Bump it up by completing 50 repetitions on one side in one go, before you switch to the second leg. Once you’re done complete another round for a total of 200 leg lifts!
