Day 56 Exercise

It’s Day 56 of the one exercise a day challenge and today I’m bringing you a cardio move that will make you feel like you’re one of the kiddos on the playground! It’s the: BROAD JUMP. This is definitely one of the more challenging exercises we’ve done, so make sure to do a quick warmup of jumping or step jacks and stretch your legs before you complete it. You will get your heartrate up very quickly with this HIIT move. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then get to your workout!

HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT

Complete 10 broad jumps (or sprints). Once you’re done, take a break for a full minute before you do it again. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING

Double the number, double the fun, right? I guess that depends on your perspective ✌️😎 If you’re looking to kick it up a notch, complete 20 broad jump circuits before you take that break. Make sure you only break for one minute before repeating the move. Complete a total of 3 rounds.

PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!

Light,

Nadia
