It’s Day 57 of the one exercise a day challenge. I hope you’re excited, because we’re getting back into your abs with the: SITUP & REACH. You know how much I enjoy two-fers. Well with this situp, you’re also stretching your shoulders. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then, of course, complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3-5 rounds, 10 situps per round.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
For an added challenge, complete all of your situps without taking any breaks. I recommend you go for 50 (but of course, it’s up to you!) 👊😉
