It’s Day 60 of the one exercise a day challenge and I’m feeling a little nostalgic with today’s exercise, which is the: SKY DIVER. This move is awesome because it works all of the muscles in your back body, especially your glutes and your back. It also helps to counteract tightness in your hip flexors from sitting too much. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then complete today’s workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Hold this move for 30 to 60 seconds (use a timer to keep track). Once you’re done, take a quick break, then do it again from 3 to 5 times. If the move doesn’t feel good in your back, you can keep your upper body on the ground.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Go for boat! A great way to enhance this move is to grab hold of your ankles. In yoga, we call that boat pose. Make sure that your glutes stay engaged the entire time you’re holding.
PS – Don’t forget to head over to the Facebook Group when you’re done and share your experience! I’ll see you over there!
Light,
Nadia
