It’s Day 61 of the one exercise a day challenge and today we’re grooving to one of my favorite moves. It’s the: CROSSBODY REACH. I love this exercise because it’s SO simple! And yet, it’s a cardio move that will get your heartrate up quickly while providing your entire body with an excellent warmup! So versatile. Watch the training video to see how it’s done, then complete your workout.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 100 repetitions of today’s move. You can go as quickly or as slowly as you like. And if you need to, don’t be afraid to take breaks in between.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Bump up your number of reps! My recommendation: 500. You can also mix up where you reach your arms (i.e. up and to the corner or down and across your body).
