It’s Day 62 of the one exercise a day challenge. Get ready to tear up your obliques with the: SIDE LYING KNEE-IN. Although there are many levels to this move, consensus says that it is a tough one! After all, it isolates the muscles of your side body, most poignantly, your obliques, which is great for your lower back and your waistline. Watch the training to see how it’s done. Of course, make sure to complete your workout afterward!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3 rounds of 15 repetitions on each side for the best results possible. Take your time, because this move can be challenging!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Instead of bringing one knee in for each rep, use the progression I showed in the video with two knees or completely straight legs. I promise, you’ll feel the fire for sure 🤯🔥🤯🔥
