It’s Day 64 of the one exercise a day challenge and today we’re having a bit of fun (don’t we always???) with the: REVERSE SNOW ANGEL. This is another posture-centric move that really helps to develop mobility as well as strength in your shoulders. Watch the training video to see how it’s done. Then complete your workout!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 15 repetitions of this exercise. Once you’re done, take a break, then do it again from 2 to 5 more times. If your shoulders are a bit tight, you may want to try alternating arms.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Engage more muscles by lifting your feet off the floor while completing your snow angels. Make sure to point your feet straight toward the wall behind you (not up), so you don’t arch your back.
