HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 10 hops per round for a total of 3 to 5 rounds. For the best results, try to complete all ten at once without resting.
MODIFY THIS MOVE
If the hopping isn’t your cup of tea today, no sweat (well… maybe a little… you know what I mean 😉). Simply step or skip side to side instead (as displayed in the video).
