Hey fam! It’s Day 67 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re diving into your core today with: TOE TOUCHES. Don’t let this move fool you. Although it is simple to execute, the toe touch is super effective at working the abdominals. And BONUS: it can also help stretch your hamstrings and lower back. Check out the training video to see how it’s done. Then, complete your workout.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 100 toe touch repetitions. You’re welcome to break that up into smaller rounds or complete all of your reps at once for a bigger burn 🤯🔥 If you’ve got more juice when you’re done, complete another 100.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You heard it in the video, but I’ll repeat it here just in case. If you want more, DO MORE. Aim for 500!
