Hey there, Challenger! It’s Day 68 of the one exercise a day challenge and I’m super psyched because we’re rocking the: PLANK TO PUSHUP. This exercise is another two-fer. While it’s a great move to target your abdominals, it’s also very effective at toning your triceps (that hard get area underneath your arms!). So trust me… it’s worth the work. Check it out:
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete three to five rounds of plank to pushups, with 20 repetitions per round. Take your time, so that you’re not slamming your elbow down, or making funny moves with your shoulders.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
This exercise is already fairly challenging, but if you want that extra umph, complete all of your reps on your toes! That means, keep your knees off the floor! 😎👍
