Hello hello hello! It’s Day 69 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re having a little fun with today’s move, which is the: CRAB WALK. You probably remember doing this move on the playground or in grade school gym class. Well, it’s not just a silly move for kids. It’s a great way to work all the muscles of your back body, including your shoulders, hamstrings, and glutes. Watch the video to find out how to do it.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for as little as 2, but up to 5 minutes. Perform your crab walk for the entire time! If you’ve got some juice left in the tank afterward, rest for a bit, then do it one more time!
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
If you’re up for a challenge, add a kickout every few steps or so. This will provide an element of balance and help you work your legs more effectively!
