It’s Day SEVEN of the one exercise a day challenge and I’m super excited, because our exercise for today is: BICYCLES. Like I mentioned in your email, it’s my absolute FAVORITE ab exercise 🥰 That’s because there are multiple benefits. With bicycles, you can strengthen your obliques, support your mid and lower back, increase hip and spine mobility and flexibility, and more! Watch the video to find out how you can get started with the bicycle. Then complete your workout (recommendations below).
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 50-100 total repetitions. Take as many breaks as you need while completing this exercise and feel free to use the modification shown in the video (i.e. feet start on the floor instead of in the air). I have faith in you! 👊😁🌟
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can increase the burn on this exercise by SLOWING DOWN. Pause in your twist for half a second before you switch to the other side. If you have more juice in the tank after 100 repetitions, break for a minute and repeat up to more 2 times.
