Hey fam! It’s Day 70 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re getting the burn on in your legs with the: WALL SIT. This move always gives me flashbacks of high school cross country. My coach tortured us with the wall sit at the end of a long run. The reason being that it strengthens all of the muscles in your legs. And all you have to do, is “sit” still. Watch the video to see what I mean.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Hold a wall sit for 60 seconds. Once you’re done, take a break for 15-30 seconds and then do it again about 3 to 5 times.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Add an element of balance and burn. Alternate kicking out one foot at a time. Make sure to keep your body upright, without leaning to the side while you kick 😉
