Most people think about football when they see this exercise, but the truth is that it’s a solid move for ANYONE who works out, especially athletes. It’s great for speed, agility, and cardio. HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete your breakdown for 60 seconds per a round, for a total of 4 to 5 rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Bend your knees more deeply and place one hand one the floor while you perform this move. You’ll feel a bigger burn in your legs and your obliques. Make sure to switch sides each round.
