Hey there fam bam! It’s Day 72 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re coming up on one of my favorite combo core moves. It’s the: PLANK HIP DROP. Not only will you reap all the benefits of your classic plank by doing this move (works your entire front body), but you’ll also strengthen your obliques and open up the muscles of your back and shoulders. HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
We’re working the interval again today. Complete rounds of 45 to 60 seconds. You can complete this move on your knees or on your toes. Repeat 3 to 5 times.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
This move is pretty challenging already. All I can say is that if you really want to make the most of this exercise, aim to complete all rounds on your toes!
