Hello! It’s Day 73 of the one exercise a day challenge and today we’re rocking a core/chest combo move. It’s the: SOCK ROLLOUT. Technically you can use towels (or sliders if you’re on carpet). Regardless, the rollout is VERY effective at working your abdominals. It’s also a great shoulder strengthener and stabilizer. Watch the video to see how it’s done!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 50 rollouts! Feel free to break them up into as many rounds as you need.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can up the ante by doubling it up. Aim to complete 100 repetitions in as few rounds as possible!
