What up fam? It’s Day 74 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re dropping down (literally) into your legs with the: SOCK SLIDING REVERSE LUNGE. Lunges typically focus on working your glutes and quads, but due to the sliding action, this gem also recruits your inner thighs and hamstrings, which are usually neglected during workouts. You’ll see what I mean when you do the exercise 😉
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 3 rounds of 20 repetitions on each leg. That adds up to a grand total of 120 reps! Yowza 🤯🔥
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
There are two ways to make this more challenging:
- Add a hop at the top (when you come to standing)
- Hold onto a dumbbell with the hand that’s touching the floor. This will add extra resistance and ultimately, help you build more strength.
