It’s Day 77 of the one exercise a day challenge and we’re about to show love to your core with the: RUSSIAN TWIST. You know how much I like ab exercises that target your obliques! Add on hip stabilization and back flexibility to the awesome benefits of this move and the Russian twist is one I truly believe should be a part of your regular routine! HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete a total of 100 twists. You can break that up into as many rounds as you need to in order to get it done 💪😎
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Lift your feet off the floor for an additional balance and stability challenge. Try to prevent your feet from swinging side to side as you twist (it’s really hard!).
