It’s Day 78 of the one exercise a day challenge. Today we’re rocking the: HAY BAILER. Similar to yesterday’s move, we’re working a twist. Only this time, we’re standing! Although the hay bailer is typically used to target the muscles of your back and obliques, there are benefits for nearly all of the muscles in your body. Check out the move and get your workout done.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete rounds of 20 repetitions on each side (that’s 40 total). Once you’re done with your first set, repeat the set 2 more times.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
If you want to make this move more challenging, grab a small dumbbell or medicine ball and complete your workout with that in hand. You’ll quickly notice the intensity build, especially in your chest and shoulders 🤯🔥
