It’s Day 80 of the one exercise a day challenge. We’re putting together core and cardio in today’s move, which is the: DYNAMIC BEAR. Talk about a move that engages nearly ALL of your muscles… the dynamic bear is a fierce choice when it comes to endurance, strength, and mobility training combined! HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 5 to 10 rounds of 10 repetitions. If you add it all up, you’ll be completing a total of 50-100 repetitions of your dynamic bear 🥰🙌
MODIFY THIS MOVE
As you’ve learned in the past with other moves, a simple way to modify this exercise is to place your hands on a higher, stable surface, such as a bench, a lower stair, a couch, or the wall. If you need to slow down or reduce the amount of reps you do per round, that’s completely fine 😁👍
