It’s Day 83 of the one exercise a day challenge. It’s time to get your arms right and tight with the: CHAIR DIP. I don’t think anyone LOVES to work their triceps, but guess what? If you want to have strong and/or sculpted arms, it is a must! Women in particular tend to have weaker triceps (i.e. the area under your arms) than men do, which means we need to put a little more focus there to achieve the same results. The chair dip is one of the best bodyweight moves to target that area fast. Check it out!
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Set a timer for 30-45 seconds and complete as many dips as you can during that time. Once you’re done, take break. Then complete another 3-5 rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
Instead of using intervals for today’s training, aim for a total of 200-500 repetitions. You can break it up in as many rounds as you need to complete your workout 😉
