It’s Day 86 of the one exercise a day challenge and today we’re crushing a fan favorite cardio move: KICKS. The 80s and 90s were RIPE with martial arts movies, which is why many of my clients feel o-so-good when they perform this move. It’s as simple as it sounds. And while you’re out there getting your kick on, you can channel your inner karate kid (or ninja turtle… I don’t discriminate). Say hello to your hips with this one.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
For your workout, complete anywhere from 100 to 500 kicks. Your reps will fly by faster than you think, so feel free to aim high and take as many breaks as you need to get there.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can increase the burn and practice leveling up your endurance by completing all of your reps in one go. That means no breaks! So do your best.
