It’s Day 87 of the one exercise a day challenge and I’ve got a solid abdominal move for you that will also help open up your hips. It’s the: CROSSBODY TOE TOUCH. You know I love a good twist and this touches upon almost every area of your body by strengthening it or stretching it. Check out the video to see how it’s done.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Complete 20 crossbody toe touches per round for three to five rounds.
MAKE IT MORE CHALLENGING
You can increase the challenge on this exercise by completing an entire round of repetitions on one side before switching to the other. Expect to definitely feel the burn that way 🤯🔥
